Librarians are available 24/7 to share ideas for identifying, locating and evaluating both physical/print and electronic information resources.  Librarians are knowledgeable in more than one subject area.

No idea where campus/community resources are located for your point of need?  Librarians are an excellent resource!

Your right to Privacy and Confidentiality of your question, sources you use and your identity is respected.

Assistance - Talk to a librarian through Live Chat, text (231) 821-5499, send email message, or call (231) 591-3602. An appointment with a librarian is welcome!  Details - Use the Library's AskFLITE website.

Stop by the Check-out Desk (FLITE's first/main floor), and the staff member will have the information about reaching out to an available librarian.

If the librarian is external to Ferris, they will be happy to make referrals to the Ferris librarians. It is most important to leave an email address (Ferris preferred, if you have one), for best results.

Important!  In any situation when a librarian cannot be reached, text or send an email using AskFLITE.  A librarian will be happy to respond at the earliest possible time!  Simply ask!
