The Ferris Center for Certification, Training, and Testing (CCTT) office has closed permanently.  The CCTT website has details as well as reflecting the contact information for the ESCO Institute which is the agency for obtaining EPA replacement cards.  EGSA exam information also is provided.

The EPA indicates that it is the only organization dealing with this certification.

  3. Use the ESCO Institute website as described in the FAQ to obtain your EPA replacement card. ESCO has the certification records, and they are the sole provider of cards. Use Ask FLITE like you did if you have additional questions/comments.
